This page explains what this website collects, which is very little, and what happens to it.
The short version
This site has no contact form, no account, no newsletter, and no shopping cart. There is nothing on it for you to fill in, so it collects nothing you type.
It does measure how many people visit and which pages they read, using Google Analytics. That is the only tracking on the site. We do not sell or rent information about visitors to anyone, and we do not run advertising here.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is being used — how many people arrive, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they are on. It is how we know whether the site is doing its job.
Google Analytics collects this using cookies and similar identifiers, and it receives your IP address as part of that. Google processes this information on our behalf and under their own terms. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we could not do so from what it reports to us.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser, use your browser's private mode, or install Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. There are no advertising cookies, no social-media trackers, and no embedded third-party widgets.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
When you call or email us
If you phone or email us, we keep what you send — your name, your number, and whatever you tell us about the job — because that is how we quote and schedule work. We use it to do the work you contacted us about, and for nothing else.
We do not add callers to a marketing list, and we do not pass their details to anyone outside the business except where a job genuinely requires it, such as giving a site contact to a broker or a customer we are hauling for.
Our web host
Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — the requesting IP address, the time of the request, and which page was asked for. These are ordinary operational records used to keep the site running and to investigate abuse.
Children
This site is aimed at contractors, site supervisors, and property owners arranging hauling work. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can browse this site without giving us anything. If you have called or emailed us and would like to know what we hold, or would like us to delete it, contact us using the details below and we will sort it out.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site works — adding a contact form, for example — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
